Atlanta Falcons - This trip was one of the most exciting things I have ever done. We arrived at the Atlanta Falcons Facility and one of the first things we noticed was how amazing their facility is. We went inside and met with Atlanta’s Football Communications Manager, Ted Crews and presented the Super Bowl bid to him on behalf of Indianapolis. After that we were given a tour by Mr. Crews and, as we were touring the facility, we went through the Hall of Fame and Heritage Museum. Most of the players were there getting their physicals done that day because the Falcons were going to start mini-camp the next day. The most exciting thing that happened during our visit was when a player came up to me and said, “Nice jersey." and Guess what? It turned out that I had on his jersey. Yes, the jersey I selected at our bid draft was #55 John Abraham. It was so exciting! I got to take pictures with him and he even signed my jersey. We also got to meet the Football Communications Coordinator, Matt Conti. I would like to say thanks to everyone at the Falcons Facility for treating us so nicely. Especially Mr. Crews for giving up his time to talk to us and show us around it was very generous.

Denver Broncos - When we arrived at the facility, I was amazed. It was almost unreal. I don't think it had quite set in that I was actually there until I was! We went inside and were met by several very hospitable employees. They took us through the entire facility and I even got to tour the locker room and specific rooms designed for certain positions only. After the great tour, it was time to get down to business. We went upstairs to the offices, where the COO, Joe Ellis, was waiting for us. We handed over the bid to him and explained why I was there. He was very generous and gave me a Bronco's hat and also took me to Coach Mike Shanahan's office where I actually got to shake hands with Coach Shanahan, it was amazing!

Indianapolis Colts - This day was fantastic! First I was invited to do some media interviews. The first was with WIBC radio station, and the other was a live interview with Fox 59. I had never been interviewed for the news before and I was very excited. When we were finished we headed towards the Colts Complex. When we arrived I gave the box containing the Super Bowl bid to Mr. Pete Ward. Afterward we were given a VIP tour of the complex by Mr. Ward. We had a once in a lifetime experience, we met Mr. Bob Lamey, the voice of the Colts and were graciously given many gifts from the people we met on the way. We also toured the weight room, threw touchdown passes in the indoor practice field, and visited the locker room. In the locker room my favorite player, Adam Vinatieri, was going in at the same time we were getting ready to go in! He was very patient with a couple of dazed junior high girls, and even autographed a football for me! The whole experience was amazing.

Philadelphia Eagles - My trip to Philadelphia was incredible! First of all, the people in Philly were some of the kindest people I have ever met. When we got there we were met by Bridget Michenert and I got down to business. I introduced myself and told her the reasons for why I had flown all the way to Philadelphia and then I hand delivered the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl bid box right to her. She was very excited and blown away by how Indy sent 8th grade students as ambassadors, which she thought was a great idea. After discussing the Super Bowl Bid, she took me on an extensive tour of the Eagles training facility and team offices. Along the tour she described some Eagles history, and we met some players. Then she surprised me with gifts. She gave me a game worn jersey of Donavon McNabb, a game worn jersey of Shawn Andrews, and an autographed jersey of Donavon McNabb. Next, my dad, Bridget, and I, ate lunch in the cafeteria, where we discussed the Bid, met various players, the CFO, the vice president of marketing, and others. After lunch, we left the training facility, and a driver, Gary, drove us around the city showing us the sights. After sight seeing, I was taken on a tour of Lincoln Financial Stadium where the Eagles play. We received lots of gift bags there as well and I was overwhelmed by their kindness! Then, I went back to the training facility, where I said my final goodbyes to Bridget, Gary and all the rest. It’s easy to say that that was one of the greatest experiences of my life!
