This Special Events and Promotions committee will utilize existing near eastside events and develop new ones that will unify the community, provide fun for all ages and promotes the near eastside as a great place to live and work. The committee will develop a base of volunteers that will support their efforts up through and beyond the 2012 Super Bowl. Committee co-chairs include:

- Carolyn Mosby-Williams- Chief Marketing Officer, Kiwanis International
